Tomorrow is the the first day of my birthday month. I has chosen this time to make some changes in my life.

I am a Christian woman who is living with a beautiful man. He loves me for me and has never asked me to change.

I am asking myself to change. I am changing my diet, my medicating/healing ways and the way I look at life.
